To deliver its core functionality, Lungoor AI routes audio and text through the following external services:

• Soniox Processes audio for Speech-to-Text transcription. Audio data is transmitted to Soniox solely for real-time transcription and is not retained after the transcription is returned.
• Google Vertex AI Powers language model features. Prompt and response data is processed transiently and is not stored after the request is fulfilled.

Neither Lungoor AI nor its AI service providers retain your audio recordings or transcription content after processing is complete.

• Your data is never used to train external AI models without your explicit consent
• Data shared with third-party AI providers is processed only to fulfil the requested feature
• All AI providers are contractually bound to strict data protection requirements

All providers are contractually restricted from using your personal data for any purpose beyond delivering services to Lungoor AI.
