Frequently asked.

01Do credits expire?No. Credits in your Pro Wallet sit there until you use them. Top up once, use over months your call.
02Can I switch between Everyday and Pro?Yes. Everyday is the default switch to Pro per-output when you need sharper accuracy, richer tone, or a longer context window. The wallet handles both.
03What is the 14-day trial?New users receive 5,000 Pro credits free for two weeks. Full Pro mode, no card required. After the trial, unused trial credits expire your wallet credits never do.
04What about refunds?Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where Lungoor AI fails to deliver the service due to a fault on our end. If that happens, email admin@lungoor.ai within 7 days.
05Is my voice data stored?Audio is processed and discarded immediately. Transcripts live locally on your device only the credit count rolls up to your wallet.
06Team plans?Coming soon. We're building shared team wallets with per-seat usage drop us a line if you want early access.
