Getting started
Overview
Welcome to Lungoor Notes, we've rebranded to bring you a more integrated experience. Lungoor Notes captures your microphone and meeting audio, transcribes the conversation live, and generates AI summaries with action items that tie directly back to your calendar. Since we share a wallet and billing system with Lungoor Voice, you can manage both services seamlessly under one account.
Sign In and Onboarding
You'll need to sign in using Google OAuth with your primary work or organization email. Please note that personal email addresses on consumer domains are not supported for primary accounts. The onboarding wizard will walk you through a brief welcome flow, guide you to connect your calendar, and prompt you for the necessary macOS microphone and system audio permissions.
Your First Meeting
You can start capturing meetings in just a few clicks.
Recording from Calendar
On the home calendar strip, select a scheduled event and click Meeting note. Then click the green play button in the recording control to start capturing audio and streaming the live transcript.
Quick Capture
If you need to record on the fly, click Quick note and select the green play button. The app will immediately begin recording and generating a transcript.
Generating Summaries
When your meeting wraps up, stop the recording and click Summarize. Lungoor Notes will process the audio to generate a summary and extract action items. The recording control floats on your screen so you can navigate anywhere in the app during an active session without interrupting the transcription.

Tips
While recording is active, you don't have to stay on the same screen. The floating recording control lets you browse and organize other notes safely.
