If you want to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated meeting data, please email your request to [email protected]. We will process and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Getting Started

What is Lungoor Notes? Lungoor Notes is the meeting intelligence app formerly known as hawkO. It captures your microphone and meeting audio, transcribes discussions live, and generates AI summaries with action items.

How do I get started? To get set up, grab the macOS installer from the marketing site, run the onboarding wizard, sign in with your Google work email, and grant microphone and system audio permissions. See the Getting started guide.

Is Lungoor Notes free? Yes. Everyday Mode includes 2,000 free words every week. For advanced AI assistance, you can purchase credits beginning at ₹99 for 25,000 credits. We use a shared wallet across our Voice, Notes, and Coach products.

What platforms are supported? Lungoor Notes currently supports macOS.

Transcription and Audio

How does transcription work? The app captures your microphone stream for your voice and optional meeting or tab audio from other participants, then syncs live segments to your account.

Is there a meeting length limit? Yes, normal workflows support meetings up to about two hours in length. See Meetings & transcription.

Can I export my transcript or summary? Yes, you can copy summaries from the UI or use Model Context Protocol tools to export meeting markdown.

Google Calendar Integration

What does the Google Calendar integration do? It powers upcoming-meeting detection and provides optional reminders ten minutes before meetings.

What calendar data is read? We request read-only access to basic event details: titles, start and end times, and attendee names and emails. We do not read descriptions, locations, or web conferencing links. See the Calendar guide.

Can I connect multiple Google accounts? Yes. You sign in with your primary work identity, then link secondary calendars in your app settings.

How do I revoke Calendar access? You can disconnect secondary calendars directly in Settings, or revoke primary sign-in access in your Google Account security settings.

Slack Integration

What does the Slack integration do? It lets you manually push meeting summaries to any Slack channel or DM. Nothing posts automatically, and Slack does not access your Google Calendar. See the Integrations guide.

Jira Integration

What does the Jira integration do? It lets you connect Atlassian Jira via OAuth to draft and create issue tickets directly from your transcripts.

What Jira permissions are requested? We request scopes to read project data and assignable users, plus write scopes for issues, comments, and attachments.

Assignable users aren't showing in the issue form, why? Ensure your admin has authorized user reading and that the assignee has correct project privileges.

How do I disconnect Jira? You can disconnect Jira in Settings. This action revokes and deletes all encrypted Jira tokens.

Account and Privacy

How long is my data retained? Your meeting data is retained securely until you choose to delete individual notes or request complete account deletion.

Is my data used to train AI models? No. We do not use your meeting transcripts, notes, or audio to train external AI models without your explicit consent.

Is my data sold to third parties? No. We do not sell your personal information or meeting data to third parties. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
