Pro Mode is Lungoor Voice's premium transcription engine. It uses advanced AI models to deliver the highest possible accuracy - including support for multilingual input, better punctuation, and significantly higher quality output.

What You Get

Multilingual voice input - speak in English or mix multiple languages naturally
Higher accuracy & punctuation - cleaner output with proper sentence structure

How Credits Work in Pro Mode

Pro Mode uses 1.5 credits per word transcribed.

1 credit = 1 word in Everyday Mode
1.5 credits = 1 word in Pro Mode
Words are counted after transcription is complete

So if you dictate a 100-word message in Pro Mode, it'll use roughly 150 credits.

When to Use Pro Mode

Pro Mode is the right choice when you want to:

Send a professional email or an important message
Dictate in multiple languages or switch between languages naturally
Get the most accurate transcription possible
Process something where every word and punctuation mark matters

Topping Up Pro Credits

When your Pro credits run low you can top up at any time. Pro credits never expire once purchased - use them at your own pace with no pressure.

To top up, click the Top up button from the Pro Mode card or from your wallet on the Home screen.

Available top-up packs depend on your region and currency. Check the Top up button to see current pricing and credit amounts for your location.

Trial Credits

When you first sign up, Lungoor Voice gives you trial credits that work in both Everyday and Pro Mode. This lets you experience Pro Mode quality from day one before spending any paid credits.

Your trial banner shows how many trial credits you have remaining and when they expire.
